The domestic violence laws are now much stricter in this country, and quite right too. Most people know someone who has suffered, and i am no exception.

But the system is being abused. Some women are making false accusations against their partners, just to strengthen their hand against them.

This is then used as an excuse, for their actions with their children. This needs looking into, as a matter of urgency, and false accusations should be pursued by the law.
